Basketball star denies reports

After Britney Spears turned up at a LA Lakers game last week, speculation began that she wasn't just there to watch teams of tall boys throw a ball around.
Basketball star Luke Walton, 27 – a strapping 6ft 8in – was tipped as the new man in her life. But the good-looking sportsman has put the record straight.
'The rumours aren't true,' Luke has told a press conference. In fact, his girlfriend Bre Ladd, a former volleyball player, was also at the game Britney attended.
'I'm sure Britney is a great person,' says Luke. 'I don't even know her. I have a girlfriend right now. I'm in a relationship. I'm very happy with my relationship. I don't know where it's all started, but none of it is true.'
