Spokesperson claims she was just ‘investigating’ noise outside

Amy Winehouse has been snapped wandering around the streets of London before sunrise.

The troubled singer, 24, was spotted barefoot and dressed in just a crimson bra and jeans in Bow, East London, at 5.40am.

Onlookers say Amy - without any make-up or her beehive - was out by herself in the freezing cold.

‘Amy came out and started stumbling around,’ says an onlooker. ‘She popped her head over the fence like she was looking for something.

‘It was freezing and she had no shoes and just a red bra. She was mumbling something incomprehensible. It wasn’t the behaviour of someone in the right state of mind.’

But her spokesman claims Amy was merely checking out a disturbance outside her home.

‘Amy had been asleep and heard a noise,’ the spokesperson tells The Sun. ‘She went outside to investigate. She didn’t realise the time.’

Amy has been in a mess since hubby Blake Fielder-Civil, 25, was charged with attempting to pervert the course of justice.

Last Tuesday she cancelled her UK tour after saying she found it difficult being on the road without him by her side.
