Adnan Ghalib allegedly gets paid to test penile enhancement creams for men who are slightly smaller down below.
Popcrunch.com reports the Birmingham-born paparazzo is listed as a reviewer on the website SexHealthReview.com.
Adnan, 35 - who's been dating Britney Spears since December - apparently lists himself as a filmmaker and admits he’s happy to be a male guinea pig.
‘I know many of my friends use these products,’ it's claimed he writes.
‘Thought this would be an interesting opportunity to reveal the truth to many men worldwide.’
If this story sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
Adnan wrongly lists himself as a 28-year-old - strongly suggesting the story could be a hoax.
And wizbangpop.com confirms that it is. Dammit!
