Healthy Club Combo on Wholemeal with Rye Bread
- 3 slices Warburtons Wholemeal with Rye Bread
- 70g (2.4oz) ready-made hummus
- 1 handful rocket leaves 15g (0.5oz)
- ½ avocado 80g(2.8oz), sliced
- 6 cherry tomatoes, sliced
STEP 1 Spread Hummus on a slice of Warburtons Wholemeal with Rye Bread
STEP 2 Top with salad leaves
STEP 3 Place the sliced avocado on the slice of bread and garnish with sliced cherry tomatoes
STEP 4 Repeat to create a two tiered sandwich and place the final slice of bread on top
Prawn mayonnaise with Tabasco sauce on Warburtons Seeded Batch bread
- 2 slices Warburtons Seeded Batch
- Low-fat spread 1tbsp mayonnaise
- 1tsp tomato ketchup
- Tabasco sauce
- 75g cooked and peeled prawns
- Mixed salad leaves
- Ground black pepper
STEP 1 Butter the bread with low-fat spread.
STEP 2 Mix together the mayonnaise, tomato ketchup and a few drops of Tabasco, then stir in the prawns.
STEP 3 Place a handful of salad leaves on to one slice of bread, then top with the prawn mixture.
STEP 4 Season with black pepper, sandwich together with the remaining slice of bread and cut in two.
