John James and Josie - you are breaking my heart. I don't know how much longer I can take this. Josie and John James spent three hours lying in bed talking to each other before Josie frankly confessed that she loved him. My heart began to melt when she explained that she got butterflies in her tummy when she saw him for the when he was freed from the task room after a day and I nearly exploded with joy when she told him that it wasn't about sex, she just loved being with him. A. Maze. Ing.
John James then didn't sleep and went to the diary room at about 6am to talk to Big Brother about it. Sadly it wasn't to say he felt the same, but to say he'd never seen her like that and rather than hurt Josie he would prefer to leave the house. He was worried he had been leading her on [which he hasn't been] and didn't know what to do. While this also was lovely, it's kind of devastating. Please reciprocate the feelings John James it would be the loveliest thing on BB ever. Helen and Paul eat your heart out. Sadly I think my dreams are to be shattered. Sob!
In other less exciting news, Caoimhe left, which wasn't that sad - although I don't like a walker - but I wished she'd stayed for fisticuffs with Keeley. I've also only just learned to spell her name properly after weeks of looking it up every time and it feels like a waste.
Having said that, I doubt a fight would now have kicked off thanks to Keeley busting her ankle while trying to win the save and replace task. While Rachel's reaction of sobbing and wailing was a little extreme, Corin didn't exactly cast herself in a good light by continuing to try and win despite the fact everyone else had stopped to attend to Keeley. Oh Corin, I know you want to win, but seriously that just made you look a little bit desperate and a little bit heartless.
Finally, I know we've always known it, but tonight Ben was ridiculously selfish. Not only did he not help Keeley to the diary room, but he went and stuffed his face full of cake before laying on his bed moaning about not having dinner. He then had a go at John for helping her saying that he'd only been slagging her off ten minutes before, which wasn't true. He then added that he's ‘cared about her from day one'. Erm no Ben, I think you'll find you've slagged her off from day one - not to her face of course. You only like to be nasty about other people in front of her.
Praise tonight goes to Andrew for sticking to his guns and telling Ben that he was wrong. He also got amazing exam results and was very sweet for thinking he was up for eviction every time Big Brother said 'and...'. Go Andy!!
