• Rex, 24, is an executive chef, businessman and socialite from London.
• Rex says ‘My job is to be a professional bully – people always tell me to stop being aggressive’, but he doesn’t want to be nominated early for coming across too bigheaded or for squashing people’s personalities.
• He loves the fact that he has all his meals cooked for him by the family housekeeper but hopes that by going on Big Brother he’ll make new friends and let people get to know the real him by stripping away his usual comforts.

I like Mohamed and Rex. I don’t care what the housemates think, so far if you ask me they’ve essentially been nice guys.

Rex may take over a little bit, but he has a good attitude about BB in general and Mohamed, when given a chance, can be quite sweet. He may eat a lot, but at least he isn’t one of the gang stealing food. I’d have given them my token to get them out of jail.

Dale has also proved himself to be as spineless as he is dull. When Rex asked him upfront what he meant when he said he was ‘walking around with his dick out’ he just mumbled that he didn’t know and claimed he had never had a problem with him. Pathetic.

When it comes to the task I really felt for Rebecca and Rex and could quite gleefully have punched Mario.

Why couldn’t Bex have done it? Because she’s a bit fatter than Sylvia? Doesn’t mean Sylvia is fitter than her though does it? I feel sorry for her, everyone thinks she’s useless and I’d like her to at least get a chance to prove that, rather than just have it assumed. I'd also like to point out she was briliant on the endurance karaoke. So there.

Also there was no way Mario was going to allow Rex have a go at it because he knows he’s his competition when it comes to alpha male status, so he needs to keep him on the sidelines. I’m so glad Mario was there though looking after health and safety and doing a good risk assessment or someone could have got hurt. Oh hang on a minute they did. Not facilitating so well now are you Mario? You complete tool.

Finally on the task how on earth did Lisa get the job of make up? She may have got a first from the Jodie Marsh school of beauty, but that’s hardly something to be proud of. I really hope they fail at the moment – chick peas all round.
