I was just about to write my blog tonight when I decided to have a quick look at the Big Brother website and boy am I glad I did because it changes everything. Alexandra has been given the boot. She is now an ex housemate. We will have to put up with her intimidating bile no longer. Hurrah!
Here's what the Press Association have reported went on to get BB to unceremoniously throw her out:
'Channel 4 said that during her nomination for this week's eviction, De-Gale allegedly threatened her fellow housemates with punishment from “gangster friends".
Other housemates found her behaviour threatening and complained to Big Brother, Channel 4 said.
Alexandra allegedly made the comment about gangsters while speaking to Darnell, while a number of other housemates were in proximity. According to Channel 4's transcript, while discussing the fact that she had been nominated, Alexandra told Darnell: "I'm not throwing water at anyone. It's bigger than that...personal offence is never forgotten, do you know what I mean? We are just inside the house. I've got a very, very, very, very, very strong team outside the house".
She added: "I just can't wait to see my mans and them and see what their plans are, who they got...I'm not talking about those mans, I'm talking about my gangster friends. They got some instructions to follow out."
She added later: "I get to go out, see everyone's friends, I get to see their family. I get to do the s*** that I wanna do. Pow, pow, pow."
Angela Jain, Head of E4 and Big Brother at Channel 4, said: "Alex's comments will be widely interpreted as having been intended to intimidate. Other housemates have said they found her comments to be threatening and we believe that is the reasonable conclusion for them to have reached given the way Alex has behaved previously."'
So there we go. Alexandra allegedly threatened to set her gangster friends on the other housemates, their friends and families. What a throughly nasty piece of work. She'll probably be after me next too. Oh well. She's gone and good riddance.
I had already been impressed by how Mohammed didn't start strangling the sanctimonious, hypocritical little cow, it was a show of true strength. I'm gutted we'll have no eviction on Friday though, but at least she's gone and shown herself up for the vile bully that she is.
Mario would have been OK though, after all his ‘fan club’ would have been out in their droves to vote and save him. After the enormous following he has earned after that impressive five minutes on an Ant and Dec show and a Bravo reality TV show watched by approximately five people. If not the 'high powered executive' who has headed up a 'multi national corporation' could have easily stared running Big Brother instead. Damn it, deluded doesn't even cover it.
Meanwhile, back at the task, Bex is growing on me for her one hour karaoke marathon singing Bonnie Tyler's Total Eclipse Of The Heart on repeat. Despite the fact it was akin to Chinese water torture Bex put her heart and soul into to it and for that I salute her. Watch out Kat, you've got some competition.
