Kiss my big ass

Friday night TV conundrum? Whatever channel you choose make sure you make time for Katy Brand...

My Sky Plus is straining at the seams tonight with the amount of good telly to choose from.

Do I watch Ugly Betty on Channel 4 or The Tudors on BBC2? Then there's the car crash waiting to happen that is Jordan and Peter's chatshow on ITV2 also at 9pm. Agggghhhh!

That's not even mentioning My Name Is Earl and this week's Comedy Showcase starring Duncan from Blue and Nigel Harman.

However, the show I most highly recommend this evening is new ITV2 comedy Katy Brand's Big Ass Show.

Katy [no relations to Russell] Brand used to be on Tittybangbang, but don't hold that against her or the fact it's on ITV where comedy isn't usually what you'd call cutting edge. This is funny.

Keep an eye out for a great pastiche of Lily Allen, the crazy world of the very normal Kate Winslet and Captain Rosie Fielding on Armed Forces TV.

To give you a taste, here's a clip of Katy Brand's take on Kate Moss, Sadie Frost and Stella McCartney if they all went to school together. I'm sure it's scarily accurate [if a bit rude]. Hoorah!
