Forget The X Factor, Strictly Come Dancing is currently kicking its arse! Having to watch both of them for work I usually prefer The X Factor, but this year Strictly is really pulling out all the stops.
The judges are great. Not only do they heap praise and administer a good telling off to contestants in equal measure, but they’re even rowing among themselves.
However, they’re not rowing because of egos, but because they are genuinely passionate about dance and the show itself.
Len, might be Mr Nice, but when his cage is rattled he’s a force to be reckoned with. Go Len!
There was even controversy when slimy Brendan Cole and uber confident [yet not particularly talented] Kelly Brook broke rules by doing an extra lift in their dance. Shocking!
While it was a shame that two of the best dancers were in the bottom two thanks to the public vote, it meant there was genuine tension and a real surprise result.
If I’m honest I usually do something else when the professional dancers all take to the floor, but this week’s routine to The White Stripes Seven Nation Army rocked.
Give yourselves a perfect 10!
