Fashionistas heart Florence Welch so today Style Editor Alison Tay decided to see if her top-to-toe power florals look would cut it in the Now office.

Florence has rocked two pieces by Miu Miu and Moschino, but I found an equally striking set in the Lipsy showroom this week.

While Florence wears hers to set the red carpet ablaze, I smartened up these printed pieces with a chiffon shirt with a sassy sequin collar from Glamourous UK, and caged stilettoes £75 from Lipsy for the Now office.

So I assume all I need to do now is wait for that pay rise...
