Matthew Williamson designs an exclusive collection for H&M
Monday, 20 April 2009
Having already worked with Viktor & Rolf, Kylie Minogue and Madge, H&M have now snapped up Britain's hottest deisgner, Matthew Williamson.
From 23rd April, Hennes will carry Williamson's wardrobe of electic prints and vivid colour pieces full of the influences and inspirations of a global traveller.
From dresses to tops, jumpsuits to the sharpest tailoring this fashion collection is offering all key pieces with a designer touch!
Don't worry if you can't get down to store quick enough, from May 14th the perfect summer
wardrobe will be available in around 1600 H&M stores
worldwide.
“I wanted to create a strong urban collection fused with the brand’s
signature symbols and shapes. It’s been fascinating to search back
through my archives to isolate the most iconic pieces, then rework them
for H&M.
Colour is one of the defining aspects of my signature
style, I focused on the iconic peacock motif seen across my collections
to develop a palette of blues, chartreuse and emerald. The spirit of
the collection is both covetable and precious", says Matthew Williamson.
While your there filling your boots, you can also grab something for your man as Matthew has also designed a full menswear collection.

IPC Media Limited, owner of nowmagazine.co.uk, will collect the address of the recipient solely to process your requests.
