Having tried and tested the new Piz Buin fake tan for the Now readers, I just wanted to rave about it.
It was my birthday at the end of last month and I wanted to be a bronzed goddess, without the streaks.
As I am fair haired and freckly it is sometimes proves a little bit difficult to achieve the right shade of tan without looking like an Umpa Lumpa.
The Piz Buin self tan allows you to twist the dial at the top of the bottle and choose your desired shade.
I decided to go for number 5 (the middle one), just to be on the safe side.
Rubbing it on with my old faithful fake tan mitt, I allowed it to dry for about 10 mins before putting on my scruffy clothes. The next day I woke up looking like I had spent a couple of days in Spain.
Even better I woke smelling fresh as a daisy rather than a digestive biscuit. Result!

I applied this on my daughter in lighter shades getting darker and absolutely nothing happened. It was clearly a tan that develops; but no where on the bottle does it say this! I found it upstairs in Boots on the shelves where all the immediate tanning lotions are stored. I was informed that downstairs is where all the developing creams are stored! I paid the best part of £20 for this! I needed an immediate effect and goodness knows what colour she will come out tomorrow; for when she is a bridesmaid!
