The summer of love

This season, I’ll be mostly losing my festival virginity…

Thanks to be good friends at Swarovski, who are sponsoring what’s sure to be the blingtastic backstage area at Wireless this year, I’ll be doing my very first festival next weekend.

Though I’m no stranger to hanging out with rock royalty like Peaches Geldof and Leah Wood, call me high maintenance, but the thought of dragging my maxi dress through a muddy field in northern England has never really appealed before.

This year’s line-up at Wireless reads like my iPod playlist including The Kaiser Chiefs, White Stripes, Air, Daft Punk and Mark Ronson. And with Swarovski running the VIP area, it’s certain to be more glam than grunge.

Best of all it’s in London’s Hyde Park, so thankfully I won’t be losing my camping virginity just yet.
