While hammering Barney’s in New York last week, I spent a jaw-dropping amount on a divine, off-duty ballerina style grey fine gauge knit from Prada Sport.
So far, so stylish. However, I’ve only worn it a handful of times, but - quel horreur - the stitching on the low-key leather Prada logo’s begun to unravel. The label may be my least favourite part of the top, but side-stepping the issue that I spent three figures on a designer piece that’s falling apart on its third outing, I’m now stuck with a dilemma.
Do I sew the label back on so everyone still knows it’s from Prada or put it out of its misery and pull it off?
