CNN Today

Don’t know what’s making me more nervous: being beamed around the world on CNN Today, or the hot boy I’m going out for a drink with tonight!

On a private jet somewhere over the Atlantic Ocean, it occurred to me that even if I did have a boyfriend, between having the job a million girls would die for as Star Style editor on Now, appearing on CNN, filming assorted reality shows, partying in New York and editing Style Now – the only fashion and beauty bible you need to be a beach goddess this summer, hitting the shelves on 8 May – I wouldn’t ever have time to see him anyway.

Which is both ironic and unfortunate because I’m finally going out with a really hot boy tonight! And no, he’s not a male model: he’s a blonde-haired, blue-eyed bass player who was the prettiest boy I met at Now’s Senior Picture Editor Mandy’s birthday party.

And at the risk of sounding like Peaches Geldof – who never shuts up about her boyfriend’s band – I’ve already added one of his tracks to my My Space page, and his band, Vinny Vinny, sounds llke Paul Weller when he was still young and angry. Check him out on www.vinnyvinny.com.
