Swap the January sales for the California sun

My spies have spotted Kim Kardashian at Camariilo Premium Outlets

Instead of braving the January sales on the high street this year, I flew out to Los Angeles to visit Camarillo Premium Outlets.

Ditching Oxford Street to shop in the sun, I had the run of 160 stores including famous department stores Barney's New York Outlet, Saks Fifth Avenue Off Fifth, Last Call By Neiman Marcus, US designers such as Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein, high street faves Sunglass Hut and Aldo, and American classics like Banana Republic Factory Store and Gap Outlet.

Lindsay Lohan and Emma Watson are huge Premium Outlets fans and rumour has it Kim Kardashian herself was even spotted at Camarillo too.

Brian Sikoff, Assistant General Manager at Camarillo Premium Outlets - who reminds me of Kyle MacLachan's FBI Agent Dale Cooper in Twin Peaks - explains, ‘We're the biggest outlet centre in California and we believe the best way to shop here is to plan your attack. My highlights included the Sue Sylvester tracksuits in Adidas, the darling Diane Von Furstenberg wrap dresses at Last Call By Neiman Marcus and the dancing waiters and waitresses - not to mention to bacon cheeseburgers and chilli cheese fries! - at 50s diner Johnny Rockets.

Finishing a very hard day's shopping, with a luxury manicure and pedicure at the Crystal Nail Spa, Camarillo Premium Outlets proved it really has thought of everything to satisfy the most demanding of fashionistas!
