Fancy a Foxy Foster of your own? A new dating event called Fit Guys For Fit Girls on Thursday 25 September at Gymbox in London’s Bank combines circuit training with speed dating.
If talking about yourself to a total stranger for three minutes fills you with dread, just think how much less embarrassing it will be when you’re paired up for three minute circuit stations, including boxing, spinning and stretches.
A Gymbox trainer will be on hand for all your fitness questions, though they won’t be able to help you with your chat-up lines.
