It has finally been scientifically proven that women with blonde hair have more fun.
Thursday, 25 September 2008
A study by Nottingham Trent University asked more than 200 women how they felt before and after dyeing their hair blonde.
Dr Mark Sergeant who led the study for Clairol said: “The changes we noted were significant. Not only were the women’s confidence and mood elevated but there inhibitions seemed to be mitigated, with many reporting that they feel more attractive and sexually exciting.”
My gal pal, Sarah abandoned the peroxide and opted for brunette locks, as she felt she would be taken more seriously in her job. A month later she is booked in for blonde highlights.
Being a peroxide user myself, I admittedly love sitting in a salon chair with my hairdresser touching up my roots, and I almost always feel like going for a drink afterwards. So does that mean I’m more fun than the brunette sitting in the chair next to me?
In my opinion any girl is likely to have more fun when they feel sexy and attractive. As ultimately they will fell more confident, which helps give them the go-ahead to do things they wouldn’t normally do. This could be from a new hair cut, fab dress or weight loss, not necessarily from dying their hair blonde.
Too add I have two very fun loving (hot) sisters with dark brown locks, and I’m pretty sure they would argue with me if I said I had more fun than them!
