Missing: my Mulberry make-up bag

Somehow, in all the mayhem on one of the days I was filming WAGS Boutique, I seem to have misplaced my gold leather make-up bag from Mulberry.

Now losing all my make-up on the eve of appearing on national television certainly isn’t a look I’d advise any girl to go for!

Me and that make-up bag have seen some great times together: Mariah Carey’s birthday party, crazy nights out in New York, a hot date at the horse-racing with a one-time gentleman lover…sigh!

Denise Van Outen once told me ‘I always make sure my make-up bag is crammed with the cool brands such as MAC and BeneFit, so if I drop it and all my make-up falls out, I won’t feel embarrassed.’

My philosophy’s more like you can never be too rich, too thin or wear too much make-up, but when I set about replacing my beauty stash even I was stunned at the amount I spend on slap.

Losing my make-up was an expensive mistake, but if I’d found nearly £400 worth of beauty booty, I’d probably keep it too! How I’d love to be a natural beauty like the rest of the girls in the Now office who look luminous with just a sweep of powder, but some of us were born with it, and some of us have to work at it.

And as the gentleman lover gallantly remarked, clearly attempting to conceal his horror when he first saw all my make-up, ‘It’s a full time job looking this good!’
