Cheryl Cole now has hot red hair

I had a tip off yesterday that Cheryl Cole had changed her hair colour, but as she hadn't been papped I didn't know what shade she had gone for.

Obviously set for a big reveal on Saturday night's X Factor show she's been staying out of the spotlight over the last couple of days.

But, I've just seen new pictures of her leaving ITV studios last night after filming her emotional interview with Piers Morgan and I've managed to spy that Cheryl has in fact become a red head.

Well, Cheryl's new colour is more mahogany than red but as far as I'm concerned she's taken on this season's red hot hair trend.

And amazingly I've found out exactly what hair colour she has used to get her new look, it's L'Oréal Paris Casting Crème Gloss in shade 550 Mahogany, £5.99.

So, I'm not usually a serial hair colourist but even I'm tempted to get the X Factor by copying our Cheryl's new 'do!
