What’s a girl to do in this weather about wearing sun protection cream during the day?

I know I’m going to sound like a bad beauty editor but on days like today, even though I know I’m going to sit out in the sun at lunch time, I just don’t want to put sun protection cream on.
I just find it too heavy to wear all day and actually can’t get my skinny jeans on straight away after applying it, as my legs are too sticky.
Luckily for me Kiehls have somehow answered all my summer skincare needs in one bottle with their new Crème de Corps Light-Weight Lotion SPF30, £25 available at www.spacenk.co.uk (0207 240 2411).
Now, it’s not a sun protection cream it is a moisturising lotion that has the added benefits of SPF30 protection against UVA/UVB rays.
I apply it as a moisturiser in the morning after my shower safe in the knowledge that if it turns out to be a sunny day I’ll be protected when I’m walking in the sunshine (or sitting on the grass at lunch).
But I wouldn’t use it to lay in the sun all day and I wouldn’t recommend you do that either.
I’ve been slapping this on all week and I absolutely love it!
