My dreamy new foundation

I climbed into Maybelline New York’s dream machine to find out about their new foundation.

Yesterday Maybelline New York’s dream machine (an American style limo) parked up outside out office, so us beauty ed’s, could go in and find out about their new foundation.

What’s the connection between dreams and foundation? Well the new foundation is called, Maybelline New York Dream Satin Liquid Air-Whipped Foundation, £7.99 for 30ml (boots.com) – get it!

It actually does have a ‘dreamy’ consistency because it combines the airy feel of a mouse but has the blendability of a liquid.

I haven’t had a chance to try it on my face yet, but I have slathered it on the backs of my hand and it actually does deliver.

It glided on, felt quite light but at the same time gave quite a good
coverage. It also leaves skin with a slight luminous appearance and hides pores.

Wow, everything you want from a foundation in one bottle – it’s what dreams are made of!
