I’m sure Paris Hilton has the same amount of cash to splash, but her new choppy blond bob is the ideal hairstyle to get you through the recession.

Why? Well it’s simple a hairstyle change will cheer you up.

I’m a brunette who hasn’t coloured their hair for 10 years and in the last few weeks I’ve been tempted to go for a colour change.

It won’t be blonde though, I’m thinking red tones!

But if I could copy Paris Hilton's new 'do, I would as I think it's really sassy and would actually give my wardrobe a new lease of life.

I’ll let you know if I take the plunge, but now I’m off to build a snowman!
