NYE make-up

If I were going out tonight I’d copy Hayden Panettiere’s pretty black eyeliner look.

I’m not one to go over the top with my make-up, for me it’s all about doing subtle changes to update my look.

And if I were going out tonight (boohoo!!!) then I’d be experimenting with spring’s new way to wear black eyeliner.

All you have to do is apply liner around your whole eye, including inner eye corners, then smudge it along lower lash line and outer upper corners, creating a pretty cats eye effect.

That’s it, simple, but I guarantee it’ll instantly update your make-up look and you’ll look as gorgeous as Hayden.
