Matching nail polish

The new way to wear nail polish is to match your mani and pedi.

I’ve always mismatched my mani and pedi because I think less is more and wearing a statement polish on both is just a tad too try hard.

But, I’m feeling the new way to wear polish is to match them as I’ve spotted ladies on the train, other beauty editors and even Charlize Theron wearing fabulously painted hand and toe nails - in the same colour!

So after years of trying to look as though I’m not trying very hard I dug out my ultra glam dark polish, Chanel Nail Colour in Rouge Noir, £13, and spent an hour painting all my nails – will you be doing yours?
