It's back to a normal gig-filled summer this weekend as the V Festival tries to fill the massive hole in our lives now that the Olympics has finished.

Headline acts include The Stone Roses, The Killers, Pixie Lott, Rita Ora, Olympic Closing Ceremony star Emeli Sandé and our very own X Factor queen Tulisa.

As usual MAC Cosmetics will be on hand beautifying celebs in the Virgin Media Louder Lounge at the Hylands Park site in Chelmsford. And what better theme to have than... cool Britannia?

If you're going to the V Festival, MAC senior make-up artist Debbie Finnegan has some tips. ‘Opt for a foundation with an SPF if you're going to be outside all day. MAC Studio Moisture Tint Foundation SPF15, £21 is the ideal base,' she says.

'Pack a small make-up touch-up kit that includes a bright lipstick and a cream blush, just in case you need to do a quick repair job after a disco nap.

'And always use a waterproof mascara as you never know when you'll get caught in a rainstorm!'

Take a look at the four gorgeous looks above that MAC's designed for guests to take inspiration for your own V Festival make-up look....
